- 9/16 cup breadcrumbs I used half fresh and half dried

- 9/16 pound dried pasta I used rigatoni
- 2 11/16 cups chopped tomatoes tinned, or passata Ciara uses passata, but I used chopped tomatoes in mine as thats what I had in
- 5 1/16 tablespoons beef gathering Ciara gives the option of using red wine or beef stock
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3/4 cup chedder cheese grated, Ciara uses 40g, but we later lots of cheese
- 4 1/4 tablespoons grated mozzarella
- salt
- pepper
- chopped parsley to garnish, optional
